The print preview is not displaying how to solve?

In the Innoventry Software ->Go to Setup-> Setting -> General Settings->

Uncheck the option :

Use 80mm Printer Where Applicable (No Preview Avialbale)

The following can be the reason Why you are not able to see the preview of your Invoice:

1) Show Print Dialog is unchecked in the sale Window.

2 )In the Print Dialog You have unchecked Show Print Preview Option.

3) If you have Checked both of the above mentioned options & still not getting Preview of the Invoice, make sure you have not checked the option Use 80mm Printer Where applicable(No Preview Available) in Setup-> Settings->General Settings.
