- Goto setup > configuration >Innoventry settings
- Then scroll down the bar, here you can see the question What if we are are not set Rate to an Item?
- There are 3 options present you need to select appropriate options are,
1. Show an error and do not allow any transaction for zero rate.
2. Show a warning and allow the transaction for zero rate.
3. Ignore and allow transaction for zero rate.
